Brewing Instructions
Boil 200ml of soft, filtered, or bottled spring water to the desired temperature.
Pro tip: Once boiled, decrease the temp by 10°C by pouring it into another cup. Repeat until you've hit your sweet spot!
Add tea leaves to the pot: two levelled tsp (4g).
Pour in the water and brew the tea for the recommended time.
Once brewed, pour through a strainer into your cups.
Brewing Times:
1st brew: 70°C for 45-60 seconds
2nd brew: 80°C for 15 seconds
3rd brew: 90°C for 45 seconds
